Pay: $30 per hour + Bonus
What you'll do:
- Direct installation of hardscape features (patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, firepits, pergolas, etc.) alongside landscape elements (plantings, irrigation, grading, low voltage lighting, etc.)
- Organize daily work schedules, assign tasks, and optimize labor and materials to keep projects on budget and timeline
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards by conducting site inspections, coaching crew members, and enforcing protocols
- Communicate clearly and proactively with project managers and clients, providing updates and addressing challenges quickly
- Solve on-site problems decisively to prevent delays and maintain project flow
- Cultivate a positive, accountable team environment focused on craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of manpower, equipment, materials, and project progress
- Utilize technology & new equipment that eases strain & builds valuable skills

- Learn safe operation of equipment including skid steers, excavators, and power tools
- Follow safety protocols that protect you and your team

- Confident problem solver who adapts well under pressure
- Valid driver’s license with a clean history for last 5 years; certifications in landscaping, safety, or equipment operation are mandatory
Typical Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; occasional Saturdays when needed with advance notice
